Rufus, Penny, and their flying squirrel Sidney are determined to find the magic totem that give Rufus the power to change into a Bigfoot. The ravens have it though, and they are hard to find, and scary. Their search is derailed by a construction company cutting down the forest and protestors who are trying to stop it. It will take Thunderbird to intervene and set things back on course, but it will take Rufus to figure out how to stop the construction.
As the concluding book to a trilogy I have really enjoyed this series. I love that there is some Native American legends mixed in, like Thunderbird. The conservation thread is great too. Students have loved this series and are obsessed with all things sasquatch, so I was glad to add this series to my school library. It wholesome, fun, and interesting.
