The Eternal Ones by Kirsten Miller

Miller, Kirsten The Eternal Ones, 416 pgs. Penguin, 2010. Language - PG; Sexual Content - PG-13 (there is sex, but not descriptive at all); Violence - PG; Haven is a 16 year old girl from a small town in East Tennessee. Since she was a little girl she's had visions about a woman named Constance Whitman who lived in the 1920s. For many years she was able to suppress them, but now they're coming with great frequency. She discovers that she has been reincarnated and decides to go to New York where she feels the mystery of her pasts will be revealed.

This is a very well written book. It's a long book, but it didn't seem long because the writing was so smooth. I enjoyed the reincarnation aspect of the plot as well. The characters were fun. Sadly, I thought in many ways the plot started out strong, but didn't stay that way. The ending was weak. I was disappointed.
